Fouetter en vitesse rapide, environ 5 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une consistance ferme et en forme de bec d&rsquo;oiseau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">Ajouter avec une maryse, <strong>le sucre glace tamis\u00e9, le zeste et le jus d&rsquo;un citron.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">Placer l&rsquo;ensemble de la meringue dans une poche \u00e0 douille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-very-dark-gray-color\">Sur une <strong>plaque\u00a0de\u00a0cuisson,\u00a0<\/strong>placer une <strong>feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9e<\/strong>, r\u00e9aliser, au crayon, un cercle d&rsquo;environ 18 cm de diam\u00e8tre.
