R\u00e9servez.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00bb Dans une petite casserole,\u00a0<\/strong>faites un caramel \u00e0 sec : 40g de sucre \u00e0 feu doux quand il est fondu, ajoutez 40g de sucre et quand il est fondu encore 40g. ATTENTION : ne pas mettre de cuill\u00e8re dans le caramel en cours de pr\u00e9paration. Si vous voulez \u00ab\u00a0touillez\u00a0\u00bb faites UNIQUEMENT des mouvements circulaire avec la casserole.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00bb Ajoutez\u00a0<\/strong>le sel et le d\u00e9poser en fine \u00e9paisseur sur votre tapis de cuisson en silicone pour qu&rsquo;il refroidisse.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00bb En fois refroidi,\u00a0<\/strong>le d\u00e9couper en morceaux en faisant attention \u00e0 ne pas vous couper.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00bb Placez dans le bol du robot,\u00a0<\/strong>les 120g de noisettes et le sucre coup\u00e9. M\u00e9langez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtention du pralin.\u00a0<em>Cela peut prendre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 10 minutes.<\/em><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bb <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ETAPE 2<\/span> : La P\u00e2te de Noisette<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bb Placez dans le bol du robot,\u00a0<\/strong>les 150g de noisettes et le sucre glace. M\u00e9langez jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bb <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ETAPE 3<\/span> : Le Gianduja<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bb\u00a0Faites fondre<\/strong> le chocolat au bain marie.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00bb Ajouter le\u00a0<\/strong>\u00e0 la p\u00e2te de noisette obtenu \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tape 2.
