La recette d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui est &#8230; une <strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">CR\u00c8ME ANGLAISE.<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nIl est vrai que c&rsquo;est tellement g\u00e9nial de pouvoir manger un g\u00e2teau au chocolat avec une vraie, bonne, onctueuse, d\u00e9licieuse, &#8230; cr\u00e8me anglaise. Et retirez les grains \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de la partie non coupante du couteau, en raclant les deux longueurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bb <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition\u00a0<\/strong>le lait.\u00a0<em>Si vous y mettez la vanille, plongez la gousse et les grains de vanille dans le lait avant cuisson.<\/em><br \/>\n<strong>\u00bb\u00a0Laissez ensuite\u00a0<\/strong>infuser pendant 10 minutes, puis retirez la gousse de vanille.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n<strong>\u00bb Dans une seconde\u00a0casserole,\u00a0<\/strong>fouettez activement les jaunes d&rsquo;oeuf et le sucre afin que le m\u00e9lange \u00ab\u00a0blanchisse\u00a0\u00bb.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n<strong>\u00bb Incorporez ensuite<\/strong> petit \u00e0 petit le lait dans la seconde casserole et rendre l&rsquo;appareil bien homog\u00e8ne avec le fouet.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><br \/>\n<strong>\u00bb\u00a0Ajoutez maintenant\u00a0<\/strong>la ma\u00efzena et r\u00e9chauffez le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 feu moyen.
