La piquer \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette, et d\u00e9poser-y des billes en c\u00e9ramique (ou autre chose comme des l\u00e9gumineuses : pois chiches, haricots &#8230; secs) pour \u00e9viter que la p\u00e2te ne gonfle durant la cuisson.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bb Enfourner\u00a0<\/strong>la p\u00e2te durant environ 15 minutes, \u00e0 180\u00b0C (th.6).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u21d2\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Pour la Cr\u00e8me au Citron :<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<br \/>\n2 citrons \/ 150g de sucre en poudre \/ 3 oeufs \/ 125g de beurre<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bb\u00a0Dans une casserole,\u00a0<\/strong>presser le jus des citrons et le m\u00e9langer avec le beurre.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bb Le faire fondre<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 feu doux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bb Dans un\u00a0bol,<\/strong> blanchir les oeufs avec le sucre, en fouettant vigoureusement.<br \/>\nVerser sur ce m\u00e9lange, l&rsquo;appareil liquide : beurre + sucre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bb Remettre le m\u00e9lange\u00a0<\/strong>dans la casserole et cuire pendant environ 3 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9paississement de l&rsquo;appareil au citron.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bb\u00a0Verser la cr\u00e8me<\/strong>, sur la p\u00e2te cuite et r\u00e9server au frais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u21d2\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Pour la\u00a0Meringue :<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<br \/>\n3 blancs d&rsquo;oeuf \/ 37g + 38g de sucre<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bb\u00a0A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un fouet \u00e9lectrique,\u00a0<\/strong>monter les blancs en neige avec 1\/2 du sucre.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bb\u00a0Ajouter\u00a0<\/strong>le restant de sucre \u00e0 la fin, pour que la meringue soit bien serr\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bb\u00a0Placer la meringue<\/strong> dans une poche \u00e0 douille (munie d&rsquo;une douille cannel\u00e9e).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bb\u00a0Sortir la ou les tartes,\u00a0<\/strong>et dresser la meringue \u00e0 votre convenance sur les tartes. Les bruler au chalumeau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">! !
