{"id":774,"date":"2018-03-06T16:29:03","date_gmt":"2018-03-06T15:29:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fan2cuisine.fr\/?p=774"},"modified":"2021-10-26T12:56:51","modified_gmt":"2021-10-26T11:56:51","slug":"variations-de-carotte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fan2cuisine.fr\/index.php\/2018\/03\/06\/variations-de-carotte\/","title":{"rendered":".Variations de Carotte : Crumble de Carottes."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u2665 Hello, hello,<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Il y a quelques jours, je vous publiais un article concernant <strong>les l\u00e9gumes et les fruits<\/strong> du mois de Mars.<br \/>\nSuite \u00e0 cet article, il m&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9 de vous pr\u00e9senter des recettes avec certains de ces l\u00e9gumes : carotte et chou-fleur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Alors aujourd&rsquo;hui comme vous l&rsquo;avez vu dans le titre, j&rsquo;ai choisi de travailler autour de la carotte.<br \/>\nEt ce n&rsquo;est pas 1 recette que je vous propose mais \u00a0&#8230;\u00a0\u2665 <\/span><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">2<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"color: #000000;\">NOUVELLES RECETTES \u2665 <\/strong><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><i>une ici, et l&rsquo;autre dans un second article (en fin de\u00a0<\/i><\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><i>semaine<\/i><\/span><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><i>)<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Comme je mange\u00a0<strong>sans gluten,\u00a0<\/strong>je vous propose la version\u00a0<em>sans gluten<\/em> mais avec les m\u00eames proportions vous pouvez <strong>changer la farine de sarrasin par de la farine de bl\u00e9.<br \/>\n<\/strong>Et vous pouvez mettre du beurre, dans une version \u00ab\u00a0avec lactose\u00a0\u00bb ou le remplacer par de la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">margarine<\/span> pour une<strong> version \u00ab\u00a0sans lactose\u00a0\u00bb et vegan.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u2192 <\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Version sans gluten, sans lactose et vegan :\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n&#8211; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>\u00a0:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bb Dans un saladier,\u00a0<\/strong>verser la farine de sarrasin, ainsi que quelques herbes si vous le souhaitez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bb Ajouter le beurre\u00a0<\/strong><strong>coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/strong>, et m\u00e9langer avec les doigts de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence. <em>Cela permet d&rsquo;avoir le sabl\u00e9 int\u00e9ressant du crumble et cela permet de former des \u00ab\u00a0miettes\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pour plus de gourmandise, vous pouvez \u00e9galement ajouter du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 \u00e0 votre pr\u00e9paration du crumble.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u21d2\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Pour la cuisson au four\u00a0:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00bb Placer dans le plat :\u00a0<\/strong>en premier, dans le fond, les carottes cuites puis par dessus, \u00e9mietter le crumble r\u00e9alis\u00e9,\u00a0<em>en fine couche.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00bb\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Enfourner\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">pendant environ <span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong>30 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0C<\/strong><\/span> (selon le four).
