Il y a quelques temps, j&rsquo;ai f\u00eat\u00e9 mon anniversaire et donc pour bien faire les choses, j&rsquo;ai voulu faire ce g\u00e2teau que je voyais si souvent en photo sur les r\u00e9seaux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Alors ni une ni deux, j&rsquo;ai pris un papier et un crayon,&nbsp;<em>et comme toujours avant chaque recette<\/em>, j&rsquo;ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un croquis du g\u00e2teau avec les ingr\u00e9dients que je voulais. ET HOP &#8230; liste de courses faite gr\u00e2ce au dessin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Liste de courses en main &#8230; direction faire les courses !&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Je vous pr\u00e9sente donc ma r\u00e9alisation sous la forme d&rsquo;un <strong><span style=\"color: #003366;\">NUMBER CAKE<\/span><\/strong> mais vous pouvez aussi la r\u00e9aliser en version &#8230;<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"> \u2665<strong>St Valentin\u2665<\/strong><\/span> !! Et oui, on est dans la p\u00e9riode donc on revisite la forme du g\u00e2teau&nbsp;\u2665<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><i><\/i><span style=\"caret-color: #999999; color: #808080;\"><i>Quand vous ferez votre gabarit, faites bien \u00e9videmment un joli coeur pour la St Valentin. D\u00e9poser le gabarit par dessus la p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e et d\u00e9couper tout autour. D\u00e9poser votre forme sur une plaque allant au four et replacer la environ 30 minutes au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<br><br>2. Renouveler l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration avec la deuxi\u00e8me p\u00e2te, pour obtenir le second \u00e9tage de votre montage.<br><br>3. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 170\u00b0C. <br><br>4. Avant d&rsquo;enfourner les formes, piquer-les \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette et <em>saupoudrez d&rsquo;une peu de sucre\u00a0si\u00a0vous\u00a0voulez\u00a0une\u00a0recette\u00a0encore\u00a0plus\u00a0gourmande<\/em>. <br>Cuire durant environ 12 \u00e0 15 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le biscuit soit dor\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#000000\" class=\"has-text-color\"><strong>La cr\u00e8me de mascarpone :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#000000\" class=\"has-text-color\">1. Dans un saladier, verser la cr\u00e8me, le mascarpone (les deux bien froids), le sucre <em>et des grains de vanille si vous le souhaitez.<\/em><br><br>2. Fouetter \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du batteur jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une sublime chantilly bien ferme.<br><br>3. Placer la chantilly dans la poche \u00e0 douille (<em>munie de la douille ronde<\/em>) et r\u00e9server jusqu&rsquo;au moment du montage.<br><br><em>Pr\u00e9parer\u00a0la\u00a0d\u00e9coration\u00a0que\u00a0vous\u00a0souhaitez,\u00a0pour\u00a0que\u00a0cela\u00a0soit\u00a0pr\u00eat\u00a0au\u00a0moment\u00a0du\u00a0montage.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#000000\" class=\"has-text-color\"><strong>LE MONTAGE :&nbsp;<\/strong><em>\u00e0 monter \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#000000\" class=\"has-text-color\">1. A l&rsquo;aide de la poche \u00e0 douille, former des petites \u00ab\u00a0boules\u00a0\u00bb de chantilly, tout en essayant d&rsquo;\u00eatre le plus r\u00e9gulier possible, sur le biscuit.<br><br>2. D\u00e9poser le 2nd biscuit sur le premier recouvert de \u00ab\u00a0boules\u00a0\u00bb de chantilly.<br>Renouveler l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration \u00ab\u00a0boules de chantilly\u00a0\u00bb sur le 2nd biscuit.<br><br>3. Maintenant place \u00e0 la CREATIVITE !!!!
